As a Content Marketing Manager at Atlys, you will play a crucial role in driving our content strategy across various channels to engage our audience. You will create and execute a compelling, conversion-focused content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals. This is an individual contributor role, offering you the autonomy to craft and implement strategic initiatives while providing the latitude to hire interns as needed to support your efforts. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to build a strong community around our brand.

The Job

Content Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that drives engagement and conversions across multiple platforms, including Instagram, blogs, Youtube and email campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Atlys' brand voice, values, and overall business objectives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.

Content Calendar:

  • Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar that ensures consistent and timely delivery of content across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, design, product, and growth, to ensure content is aligned with company initiatives and goals.

Community Building via Social Media:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage Atlys' online community through social media channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and conversations to identify opportunities for Atlys to engage in meaningful interactions with our audience.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify Atlys' reach and impact.

Website Goals:

  • Drive content initiatives and co-own website traffic goal with brand & creative team

The ideal candidate

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in content marketing with a strong understanding of content strategy, social media management, and SEO best practices.
  • Expertise in content strategy, SEO, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
