As an Operations Associate/Country Owner, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their visa applications. This is a consumer-facing position within one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the travel space. You will gain valuable experience in the travel and immigration industry while contributing to our mission.


Job requirements

The Job

  • Provide detailed information on visa requirements and guide clients through the application process.
  • Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with consulates and embassies to facilitate the visa process.
  • Track application statuses and proactively update clients on progress.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of client data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.


The ideal candidate

  • Education: You should have a graduate degree.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You possess an exceptional eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to provide clear instructions and updates to customers.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with computers and digital tools, able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Customer-Centric: Previous customer service experience is an advantage, and you're dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients.
  • Passion for Travel & Immigration: You have a genuine interest in the travel and immigration sectors and are excited about contributing to a more connected world.
  • Problem-Solver: You’re great at figuring out solutions on the spot. When challenges arise, you can quickly come up with practical and creative ways to solve them.
