We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our Operations Product. In this role, you'll dive deep into our current operations processes, identifying opportunities to implement automation and streamline workflows. Your primary objective will be to reduce manual tasks and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Product Development: Lead the design, development, and management of comprehensive product solutions tailored for Operations.
  • Automation Strategy: Create a forward-thinking automation strategy that minimizes human intervention in Product Operations, streamlining processes.
  • Process Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with operations teams to deeply understand their workflows, challenges, and needs.
  • Task Evaluation: Evaluate operational tasks to distinguish those that should remain manual from those suitable for automation.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and integrate automation solutions across the organization.
  • Impact Assessment: Continuously monitor the impact of automation, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate

  • Experience: 3+ years in product management, with a focus on process optimization and automation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess and improve complex operational workflows.
  • Operations Expertise: Deep understanding of how automation can drive efficiency.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Proven experience in managing products from concept through deployment.
