skills and the ability to build relationships quickly? Are you an expert at taking a conversation with an interested client and

Job requirements

The Job

  • Provide personalized guidance to clients about the visa application process, ensuring they understand 
    requirements and documentation.
  • Foster relationships with interested clients, to increase their trust in Atlys.
  • Convert conversations from prospecting clients to successful transactions on Atlys.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person
    meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our services and streamline processes

The ideal candidate

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and their concerns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to persuade people with your words.
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve any customer doubts.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to navigate challenges with diplomacy and efficiency.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
